At the Anglican Church of the Transfiguration, we offer a number of pastoral care services. The clergy are available for spiritual counseling, discipleship, and for home and hospital visitations. We welcome the opportunity to provide assistance and prayer for you in a time of need.

–to receive a Sunday Sermon
–to receive a visit from one of the clergy
–to ask for one of the clergy to visit a relative or neighbor who is shut in or in the hospital
–to sign up for a class or a Bible study
–to receive counseling or to make your confession
–to set up a baptism, confirmation, wedding or funeral
–to receive information on the Church´s teaching, or on one of the ministries of the Church:
